Tsvi Lev, DSPV's

startup (sold to Emblaze in 2002) was
the World's first Mobile Media Transcoding company. Tsvi has then
served as AVP of Business Development
and as CTO in Emblaze (LSE:BLZ). With
products designed by him installed in
over 60 carriers world-wide, Tsvi is one
of the mobile video experts with
the longest track record.
